California’s heartland means something different for each and every person living in the Golden State. For some, it’s the rich soil in which they plant their crops; for others it’s the meals shared during quality family time. And now, the successful television program of the same name reflects that diversity in a newly revamped presentation of KVIE Public Television’s weekly half-hour series.
Now entering its ninth season — the first in high definition — California Heartland will take a fresh approach at presenting compelling stories and relevant information, communicating to millions of Californians how our $27 billion agricultural industry affects our lives.
