Food and Lifestyle Expert, Laura McIntosh teams up with chef JR Rothenberger from JR’s Texas Bar-B-Que. Together they rub meats the right way with JR’s famous dry rub and show you how to smoke brisket, pork ribs or chicken in your grill at home!


Smoked Brisket Recipe

14 Lb. Raw Brisket
3 Cups JR’s Smokin’ Rub (spices)
Mesquite Wood

Heat your smoker to about 200-250 degrees.
Rub Jr’s Smokin’ Rub to coat the brisket.
Place the brisket into your smoker using the mesquite wood.
Let it cook for 14-18 hours or until tender.
