Smoked Brisket Recipe

Ingredients
14 Lb. Raw Brisket
3 Cups JR’s Smokin’ Rub (spices)
Mesquite Wood

Preparation
Heat your smoker to about 200-250 degrees.
Rub Jr’s Smokin’ Rub to coat the brisket.
Place the brisket into your smoker using the mesquite wood.
Let it cook for 14-18 hours or until tender.
