Food and lifestyle Expert, Laura McIntosh joins Rajko Marin from the Tadich Grill in San Francisco. Together they grill up fresh Ahi Tuna with prawns and throw them together on a bad of mixed micro greens, an easy and healthy recipe fresh from the sea and the farm.
Grilled Ahi Tuna with Prawns, Served With Local Mixed Greens

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 Ahi Tuna Fillets
Secret Spice Wet Rub (pepper, sea salt, dried vegetable flakes, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, cayenne pepper, 3+ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil)
4 Large Prawns
Assorted Baby Mixed Greens
Honey Mustard Dressing (see Recipe below)
Honey-Mustard Dressing – mix all ingredients
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Clove Garlic, chopped/crushed
Bottled Orange-Champagne Vinaigrette
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Heat outdoor grill to 400 degrees. Rub tuna fillets and prawns in secret spice wet rub. Sear each side of the tuna fillet for 2-3 minutes (depending on how rare you want the tuna). Grill prawns for 3 minutes each side. Take tuna and prawns off of the grill. Toss the mixed greens with the honey mustard dressing. Serve the salad with the tuna and garnish with the prawns.
