Chris Burrous meets Marysville, California farmer Michael Bosworth who’s building his organic rice operation one partnership at a time. He’s creating new ways to peddle his crop that comes with a message. Visit the Rue and Forsman Ranch, where Bosworth overseas all of the organic rice production.
We also catch up with one of Bosworth’s partners, Chef and culinary star Billy Ngo. During the famous sushi competition, SushiMasters, Ngo creates sushi dishes with Bosworth’s rice.
