Willie Bird Turkeys
Willie Bird is to turkey what Armani is to fashion. The Benedettis have
raised their "high-class" birds the old-fashioned way (all natural,

Willie Bird is well known for its smoked poultry--including turkey, duck
and chicken. The products are birds in a mild, low-salt marinade; conceived
of special spices where it's aged to perfection. Next, the company smokes
it over natural alderwood. It's during this process that it absorbs the
depth and character of flavor. All of the smoked products are fully cooked,
immediately cooled and vacuum-sealed so they remain fresh for a minimum
of six to eight weeks, without freezing.
