This week we visited the very friendly confines of Calistoga, at Schramsberg Vineyards to be exact, where some of the country's best sparkling wines are bred and bottled. We met with Schramsberg President and C.E.O. Jamie Davies to learn more about the winery's storied past and about how they put the bubbles in bubbly.
