If you aren’t interested in becoming a professional sushi chef, but you want to wow your family and friends, why not take a mini class at the California Sushi Academy. The class covers:

--How to cook proper sushi rice

--California rolls

--Spicy rolls

--Rainbow rolls

--Nigiri sushi

You need to provide a sharp knife, a love for sushi and a big appetite. You may also buy sushi knives at the school. You may invite a guest to come about 3:00 p.m. to join in the feast at an additional charge of $8.00 per person.
