Korean-style Ostrich

Woo Lae Oak Restaurant

Ingredients

  • ½ T. Sugar
  • 1 T. Soy Sauce
  • 1 T. Sesame Oil
  • 1 T. Beef Broth
  • ½ T. Garlic

  • ½ lb. Ostrich

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Soy bean paste (available at Asian specialty food stores)

Directions

Mix sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, beef broth and garlic in a bowl. Add thinly sliced ostrich and marinate for a few minutes. Grill meat and serve with lettuce leaves and soy bean paste.
