Woo Lae Oak Restaurant
Ingredients
- ½ T. Sugar
- 1 T. Soy Sauce
- 1 T. Sesame Oil
- 1 T. Beef Broth
- ½ T. Garlic
- ½ lb. Ostrich
- Lettuce leaves
- Soy bean paste (available at Asian specialty food stores)
Directions
Mix sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, beef broth and garlic in a bowl. Add thinly sliced ostrich and marinate for a few minutes. Grill meat and serve with lettuce leaves and soy bean paste.
